Beth, I found the article on stress interesting and sad at the same time. My husband is a detective at a large police dept. He invesitgates murders and robberies. There are times his dept will work over 24 hours at a time to catch killers and try to help families. The stress is huge for them. It is also huge on the families at home worried about their loved one serving a warrant on a suspect known to be armed and dangerous. The tools that help me cope are postitive affirmations, meditation and self hypnosis. Thank you for sharing this. Peace
