Online ResearchThe Many Faces of Leadership - InstructionsYou are invited to participate in either, or both of the following two research options. In this option you will be asked two sets of questions. The first set is About You and is totally optional. If you wish to respond, youll be sharing your age, gender, where you grew up, and where you fit in your organization. These questions will allow us to see if such demographic descriptors contribute to differences in respondents perceptions of leadership attributes. For example, do Gen-Xers tend to see different positive and negative aspects of leaders? The Online Survey takes about 10 20 minutes to complete.
- Individual Tele-Interview:
These live conversations cover essentially the same information as the on-line survey, but in much more detail. People who have participated in these interviews tend to find that in the process of describing their own preferences for leadership attributes that they clarify and enrich their own understandings. Telephone Interviews take about 45 - 60 minutes to complete.
