Being a manager or leader can be a lonely, frustrating experience. One must always be up for the issues of your employees or your customers; theres often no one with whom to talk safely about problems and possible solutions or just to let off steam in a safe way; sometimes youd like to just brainstorm without your subordinates running off to please you by taking your musings too seriously; and, sometimes, youd just like to open up your thinking to what your peers in other companies might be doing.

The Leaders ThinkSpace is a 2 hour, once a month tele-dialogue for graduates of the Managers SOS to continue reinforcing and adding to their new skills. Its also an opportunity to network with other managers and leaders interested in a safe space in which to examine ones own management/leadership practice and to continue to build ones own leadership presence.
