Managers' SOS - (deposit)

Managers' SOS - (deposit) $875.00

Resolve stuck workplace problems.

Pre-Requisite: None
Length: 3 days, plus two 1-day follow-up sessions
Investment: $3,500
Balance Due after Deposit: ($2635)
Dates: TBD

Most managers and leaders come up against what seem to be stubborn, intractable problems.
For example:

  • Culture clashes
  • Misalignment among parts of the organization
  • Cross-boundary issues
  • Rivalries
  • Resistance to change
  • Post-reorganization slumps
  • Upper leadership changes
  • High absenteeism

Or, maybe there’s a new opportunity, but it’s complex and difficult to get a fix on, let alone develop a strategy to address it. Perhaps you inherited these issues from your predecessor who never could figure out how to resolve them, and gladly left them as a welcome gift for you. Perhaps you’ve tried most everything you can think of, but nothing seems to work.

The Managers' SOS is a workshop for managers and leaders with those kinds of “stuck situations.” Both the learning methodologies and the skills taught in this course are unique and potent. Each participant will bring a specific organizational issue to be worked during the workshop.

The new tools will be practiced on the kinds of issues managers and leaders typically need to address such as those mentioned above, giving a legacy of insight as the participants come onto those issues at some time in their future.

The Managers' SOS includes two follow-up “Leaders' ThinkSpace™” seminars to provide further practice and reinforcement of skills learned in this workshop. Then, it is encouraged that participants continue to participate in the Leaders' ThinkSpace™ on an ongoing or as desired basis.
